We are hiring a Senior Ticketing Executive / Ticketing Head with strong hands-on experience in international air ticketing.This role requires deep expertise in Amadeus, excellent handling of reissues, refunds, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.⚠️ This is not an airline BPO or call-center role.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international air ticketing end-to-end on AmadeusManage reissues, cancellations, refunds, and urgent fare changesWork with consolidators, NDC platforms, and portal-based issuanceQueue PNRs and coordinate multiple files efficientlyManage group bookings and special fare casesHandle high volumes while maintaining accuracyTake complete ownership of ticketing operationsGuide junior team members when requiredMandatory Requirements✔ 2–7+ years of travel agency ticketing experience✔ Very strong Amadeus knowledge✔ International ticketing experience (mandatory)✔ Comfortable with reissues, refunds & pressure situations✔ Experience with consolidators / NDC portals✔Strong Ownership mindset & accountabilityGood to HaveGroup booking coordination experienceExperience mentoring or guiding juniorsProfiles We Will NOT Consider❌ Airline BPO / call-center backgrounds❌ Less than 2 years of agency ticketing experience❌ Only domestic ticketing profiles❌ Frequent job changes❌ Discomfort with reissues, refunds or pressure
