The Cricket Coach will design and conduct structured training sessions for players of various skill levels, emphasizing both individual skills and team strategies. Key responsibilities include mentoring and monitoring player performance, developing tailored training plans, and ensuring safety during sessions. The coach will also work closely with administrative staff to organize weekend tournaments and assist with talent identification and development programs.QualificationsStrong expertise in Cricket and proven experience in Cricket CoachingExceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with playersSkills in Training and Coaching techniques to develop tailored programsAbility to inspire and motivate players of all ages and skill levelsKnowledge about player development, fitness, and sports psychologyPrevious experience in a coaching role is preferred but not mandatoryRelevant coaching certifications and/or a background in professional cricket are advantageous Salary: 30k plus incentives.
