Projects:Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the designProvide continuous feedback to the Local Head of GCC on the effectiveness of the protocols and processes in place with a view to continuous improvementDevelop positive professional relationship with the WSP UK Team, communicating openly about project progressParticipate in Project meetings, team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams in WSP Identify and act on, or refer, potential risk issues and follow in full the company commercial and contracting processesManage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team leaderIdentify and flag additional fees to the Local GCC Head of MEPComplete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlinesResponsibilities Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).Worked on healthcare projects Proven project team and Project management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices.Proficiency in Electrical design softwares (HAP, Hevacomp, IES) and project management tools.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.The applicant should have adequate knowledge on the Health Care / Hospital Projects and also adequate knowledge on the Health Technical Memorandum (HTM’s)Minimum of 12+ years relevant work experience along with healthcare project experience.SkillsExcellent working knowledge of BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA and other local codes and good working knowledge of UK codes would be advantageous.
