Role Details:Branch Manager is responsible for managing all Branch activities with strong leadership skills and service orientation. Managing a Profit Centre - with profitability being the key result area through acquisition of regular and high net worth accounts, generating revenue from third party products and managing operational expenses.Overall Job DescriptionMust be well versed with Branch operations/processes.Responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & costHandling of the complaints received from customersCompliance to all regulatory and auditory requirementsSet up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing of the book size manifold (For New Branches)Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bankIncreasing the value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clienteleImplementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer baseDriving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistentlyManage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on complianceTo nurture talent and ensure grooming of the team such that they can take up higher responsibilities in future.Minimizing the attrition at the branch levelEducation and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATIONEssential requirement: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferredexposure to financial subjectsPreferred: Postgraduate in Finance/CommerceWORK EXPERIENCEEssential requirement: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the Retail Branch banking as Branch Manager or other team handling role.Additional Requirements:Valid AMFI / IRDA CertificationsDesired Behavioral / Functional Traits Proficient in English & local language with strong communication skillsKnowledge of Banking products and processes.Strong Team Management skills.Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities.Ability to adapt to change and must be self-motivatedAbility to maintain/attract long lasting client relationships.Natural empathy and a positive attitude towards every situationComfortable in leveraging client relationships to achieve sales targetsPresentable with pleasing and attractive personalityCompensation Range –10 - 25 LPA (Basis Branch Category)Age Range – 35-38 years
