With a strong presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and its own website The company operates a fully integrated, in-house model covering sourcing, imports, assembly, and distribution.Role OverviewThis role focuses on execution, tracking, and coordination of legal and compliance activities across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth day-to-day compliance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Execution & TrackingMaintain and update the compliance tracker across functionsExecute compliance requirements related to:Legal Metrology (labels, packaging, website compliance)HR compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, POSH)GST, MCA, and statutory filingsMarketplace and marketing compliance guidelinesSupport internal audits and closure of compliance gapsIP Management & Brand ProtectionSupport filing, renewal, and tracking of trademarks and IP assetsMonitor online platforms for infringements or misuseAssist in takedown requests and enforcement actionsCustoms & DocumentationEnsure proper documentation for imports and customs clearanceMaintain correct HSN classifications and recordsTrack updates in import regulations and certification requirementsMaintain records of ongoing legal/customs mattersRisk MonitoringIdentify and flag compliance gaps and risksSupport implementation of preventive measures and SOPsContract Management & Legal SupportAssist in drafting and reviewing standard contracts and agreementsSupport resolution of internal legal queries within timelinesMaintain organized legal documentation repositoryExternal Coordination & ToolsCoordinate with consultants, lawyers, and regulatory authoritiesUse tools for compliance tracking and documentation managementKey RequirementsLLB2–4 years of relevant experienceBasic understanding of corporate, IP, and regulatory frameworksStrong attention to detail and execution capabilitySuccess IndicatorsAccurate and up-to-date compliance trackingTimely execution of filings and documentationStrong support in IP and legal processesResponsiveness to internal stakeholders
