Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banjara Hills for a Platform Handler (OTA Manager). Responsibilities include managing online travel agency (OTA) platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property listings, overseeing booking management, optimizing pricing strategies, and maintaining high occupancy rates. The role also involves managing property reviews, responding to guest inquiries, analyzing booking trends, and coordinating with internal teams to improve the overall guest experience. Qualifications Experience with OTA platforms, property management systems, and booking platformsSkills in data analysis, report generation, and pricing optimizationProficiency in customer service, communication, and handling guest inquiriesKnowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and online listing optimizationAttention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with the hospitality industry and market trends is a plusBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
