It is a rapidly growing platform built by operators who have scaled large, real-world contact center operations and are now productizing that expertise.About the RoleCallbotics.ai is seeking a Head of Marketing / VP Marketing to own and scale the end-to-end marketing function for a fast-growing Voice AI / Conversational AI SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who has built GTM and demand engines from early-stage to scale and understands how to market complex AI products to U.S. enterprise buyers.ResponsibilitiesOwn brand, positioning, GTM, demand generation, and pipeline impactBuild and scale marketing from early ARR to $10M+ ARRTranslate Voice AI / Conversational AI capabilities into compelling enterprise valueDrive pipeline, ARR growth, and category narrativeCore Responsibilities (Crisp)Own the entire marketing charter: brand, product marketing, GTM, demand, content, campaigns, PR/eventsDefine and execute U.S. enterprise GTM strategy (ABM, outbound support, digital, content led growth)Craft and own positioning, messaging, and category narrative for Voice AI / Conversational AIDrive pipeline and revenue impact in partnership with SalesBuild and lead a high-performance marketing team, while remaining execution-orientedOwn metrics, ROI, and funnel performance across the demand engineRepresent Callbotics.ai externally via events, thought leadership, PR, and partnershipsQualificationsProven experience scaling B2B SaaS marketing from early stage to growth phase.8 Years+ Industry experience.Prior exposure to sub-$1M ARR → $5M–$20M+ ARR journeysStrong U.S. enterprise marketing experienceBackground in Voice AI, Conversational AI, or AI-first SaaS strongly preferredDeep understanding of SaaS GTM, demand generation, and enterprise buying cyclesComfortable operating at strategy + execution levelExperience working directly with founders/CEOMust-Have RequirementsDemonstrated end-to-end ownership of the marketing function, including:Product positioning and messagingDemand generation and pipeline ownershipContent creation and thought leadershipPerformance and growth marketingWebsite management, campaign execution, and full-funnel ownershipClose collaboration with Sales and Leadership teamsMinimum 1 year tenure in the current or most recent organizationMandatory experience working in a B2B SaaS product companyStrongly preferred experience in one or more of the following:Conversational AIVoice AIAI-first SaaS platformsCandidates without an AI background must have experience in a B2B SaaS company with a strong go-to-market motionMandatory U.S. market exposure including hands-on experience working with U.S. customers, buyers, or sales teams.Join us to define category leadership, drive demand in the U.S. market, and build a modern, AI-first marketing engine from the ground up.Check Us Out:Callbotics - WebsiteCallbotics - LinkedInAMI | Healthcare and Legal BPM SolutionsLife at AMI
