About the jobWe are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - SEO to lead our organic growth strategies in India. You will be responsible for driving search visibility, increasing organic traffic, and improving conversions across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to manage a team and execute high-impact SEO campaigns We’re hiring someone who can turn organic search into a revenue engine- someone who lives at the intersection of AI, data, and growth.What You’ll OwnLead SEO/AEO strategy end-to-end, from technical audits to content clusters, growth loops, and on-page excellence.On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimise website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search visibility. Conduct regular site audits and implement fixes.Build AI-driven workflows using tools like ChatGPT, LLMOps, and data enrichment systems for smarter keyword discovery and content mapping.Content & Keyword Optimisation: Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content, targeting high-intent keywords.Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authoritySEO Trends & Algorithm Updates: Stay ahead of every algorithm update, trend, and SERP shift - then translate them into growth opportunities.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Generate reports with actionable insights.What You BringBachelor’s DegreeA minimum of 4-5 years in SEO experienceProven track record of scaling organic traffic → signups → paid conversions.Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.Deep technical SEO understanding- sitemaps, schema, log analysis, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals.Familiarity with AI tools and LLM frameworks to automate SEO workflows and content ops.Hands-on with programmatic SEO, website architecture, and landing page systems (WordPress and custom stacks).Comfort with data and tools - from GA4 and GSC to Looker, Ahrefs, or Mixpanel.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Obsessed with clean data, crisp execution, and compounding growth.
