Job Description

As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achievingmonthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.What You’ll Own● Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates● Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent project closures● Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management● Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey● Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assignedprojects● Actively participate in and contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing customer experience● Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality● Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the cityWhat We’re Looking For● Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Master’s degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute orabove● 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles● 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling environment● This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong intent, and sharp sales acumen● No direct team reporting; success depends on cross-functional collaboration with designers andinternal stakeholders
