The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring progress, and final delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards, managing resources effectively, supervising on-site activities, and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with safety and building regulations.QualificationsProven skills in Project Management, including planning, billing, execution, monitoring, client coordination and deliveryYears of experience- 17+ yrs in Building constructionProficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions for ensuring timely delivery of construction materials and suppliesExperience in Inspection processes to maintain project quality and adherence to regulationsStrong organizational, problem-solving, soft skills and leadership skillsFamiliarity with building codes, safety standards, and construction regulationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringImmediate joiner is preferred
