The role involves designing and delivering custom ABAP solutions for subscription-based processes, including order management, billing, and fulfillment.The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in ABAP development along with a strong understanding of SAP SOM and BRIM concepts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits)Build integrations using OData, REST/SOAP, IDocs, and RFCsWork on SAP SOM module with integration across SD, CRM, and SAP BRIM (CC, CI, CA)Handle subscription processes like contract management, pricing, provisioning, and master data syncTroubleshoot SOM-related issues (contract changes, terminations, integrations)Participate in SDLC, documentation, and support SIT/UATTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in Classical & Object-Oriented ABAPHands-on with ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Debugger, Code InspectorExperience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, CDS ViewsKnowledge of S/4HANA (CDS, AMDP, Fiori/UI5) is a plusExperience in performance tuning (ST05, SE30)Functional KnowledgeStrong understanding of SAP SOM processes (order creation, contract lifecycle, changes)Experience with integration across SD and FI/CO modulesPreferred SkillsExposure to SAP BRIM (CC, CI, FICA/CA)Experience with SAP CPI or middleware toolsKnowledge of Workflow & BRF+SAP certification (ABAP or relevant domain)EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
