In this role, you will support the design team in executing campaign creatives, social media assets, and brand collaterals while learning how to translate briefs into effective visual communication.You will work closely with senior designers, motion designers, and content teams to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent designs across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Assist in designing digital creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.Support the team in creating banners, static ads, presentation visuals, and marketing collaterals.Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats, sizes, and platform-specific variations.Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.Prepare well-organized layered design files for internal teams including motion and production.Collaborate with design and content teams to execute concepts effectively.Stay updated with design trends, layouts, and visual styles relevant to digital marketing.Requirements:0–1 year of experience or strong internship experience in graphic design.Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Ability to translate briefs into clean and visually balanced designs.A portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or internship work.Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve through iterations.
