Job Description

Job Purpose : Identifying the prospective clients, generating business from the new & existing accounts and achieving increased sales growth; developing channel partners for achieving business volumesKey ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and achieve individual targets for Admixture products in the assigned territory, including complete receivable collections.Manage the full Admixture portfolio and handle key projects across Mumbai.Identify and develop new customers and distributors; support product trials, promotions, and new applications.Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, RMC quality teams, and government stakeholders.Coordinate with customer service, supply chain, and logistics for smooth order execution and delivery.Forecast monthly demand, ensure adequate stock availability, and track timely deliveries.Supervise and develop Admixture technicians to improve efficiency and performance.Gather and report market trends and competitor insights.Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials sales.Preferably a Civil Engineering graduate.Strong understanding of Admixtures, contractors, distributors, and project sales.Proven relationship‑building and business development skills.
