The agency works at the intersection of content, design, and strategy, helping brands communicate in relevant ways, culturally in sync, and impactful.Role DescriptionContent Creation & Visual Storytelling: Design high-quality creatives for films, OTT shows, music, and entertainment brands—ensuring visuals are engaging, relevant, and culturally in sync.Campaign & Key Visual Development: Create key visuals, posters, and campaign assets that can scale across digital platforms and drive buzz around launches.Platform-First Design Thinking: Adapt designs for social media formats (reels covers, carousels, stories, thumbnails), keeping platform behaviour and audience in mind.Trend & Aesthetic Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, pop culture, and entertainment aesthetics to keep content fresh and impactful.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with social media managers, copywriters, and video editors to bring ideas to life seamlessly.Speed, Adaptability & Ownership: Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines, adapt quickly to feedback, and take ownership of end-to-end design execution.QualificationsStrong skills in Graphics and Graphic DesignSolid understanding of TypographyFamiliarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and industry-standard toolsCreativity, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing diverse design projectsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentDegree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldKnowledge of current design trends and experience in digital marketing is a plus
