*** SAP Master Data Quality Expert (S/4HANA Data Migration – Pharma) ***Location: India (Fully Remote)Contract Type: FreelanceDuration: 3 months (extendable)Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Quality Expert to support a critical S/4HANA data migration program within a pharma manufacturing environment.This role is part of a major ERP transformation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP S/4HANA, and we are specifically seeking someone who has hands-on experience in similar D365 → SAP migration projects.You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and load-ready master data, working closely with business stakeholders across multiple mock cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end master data quality assurance during migration cyclesWork hands-on with business teams to build, validate, and verify master data templatesOwn and manage data loads across mock cyclesEnsure adherence to S/4HANA target design (“cookbook”)Define and maintain validation rules, checklists, and quality gatesLead defect triage and resolution processesSupport and enable business data owners (BDO)Ensure cutover readiness with clean, consistent, and compliant dataRequirements (Must-Have)Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration projectsHands-on experience in ERP transformation projects from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP S/4HANAStrong expertise in Master Data Quality & GovernanceHands-on experience with:Data validation & cleansingMock cycles & data loadsQuality gates & defect managementExperience working with business stakeholders in data validationSolid understanding of manufacturing master dataExperience in pharma or other regulated industriesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience with data migration tools / frameworksExposure to cutover planning & executionExperience in large-scale global transformation programsWhat You’ll GetOpportunity to work on a high-impact S/4HANA transformation (D365 → SAP)Fully remote freelance engagementCollaborative international environment
