Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant (Contract Role - 6 months)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end implementation experience, along with Application Management Support (AMS) exposure, and a solid understanding of industry-specific financial processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP finance solutions aligned with organizational objectives.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fieldCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantageKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live supportProvide AMS (L2/L3) support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvementsConfigure and support core FI components:General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)Bank Accounting & Payment Processes (F110, EBS)Configure and support CO components:Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Internal OrdersProduct Costing / COPA (preferred)Manage integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PSSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesWork on enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows (RICEF)Collaborate with technical teams for ABAP developments and enhancementsParticipate in data migration, cutover planning, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT)Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirementsPrepare functional specifications, user manuals, and training materialsRequired Skills & Qualifications:5–6 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and supportMinimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects experienceStrong hands-on configuration experience in FI and CO modulesGood understanding of business processes in Finance and AccountingExperience in AMS/support environment with SLA-based deliveryKnowledge of integration points with MM, SD, and other modulesExperience in payment processes, bank integration, and reconciliationAbility to handle business users and stakeholder communication independentlyExposure to S/4HANA Finance (preferred)Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and functional specs preparationNice to Have:Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projectsKnowledge of Fiori apps and reporting toolsExposure to local statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, e-invoicing)
