Daice Labs operates two integrated divisions: a research lab focused on hybrid AI architectures, and Cofabric, a governed AI execution platform for long-horizon collaborative work.About the RoleWe are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team remotely from India. You will work with engineering and research teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that informs product decisions, model evaluation, and business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support product and business decisionsBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data summaries using visualization toolsDesign and implement data quality checks and validation processesCollaborate with ML engineers to evaluate model performance metrics and experimental resultsWrite SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysisDocument analytical methods, data sources, and findings for internal knowledge sharingSupport operational reporting including usage metrics, user behavior analysis, and KPI trackingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field1+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical roleProficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)Strong understanding of descriptive and inferential statisticsAbility to communicate analytical findings clearly through written reports and presentationsAttention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solvingPreferredExperience with Python data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)Experience with A/B testing or experimental designExposure to machine learning concepts and model evaluation metricsCompensation: This is a paid, full-time position.
