We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Delivery Manager to lead large-scale AI-driven transformation programs across healthcare and insurance enterprises. This role combines domain understanding, enterprise delivery, and cutting-edge AI implementation.What You’ll Do:Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI automation programs across complex operational workflowsLead large-scale deployments involving eligibility, claims, prior authorization, AR follow-ups, denials, and payment processesManage integrations with EHR/PM systems, payer platforms, clearinghouses, telephony systems, and enterprise data ecosystemsEnsure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and enterprise governance frameworksDrive program governance, SLA adherence, risk management, and stakeholder communication at leadership levelsTrack and deliver measurable business outcomes such as ROI, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvementCollaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutionsWhat We’re Looking For:8+ years of experience in enterprise delivery within healthcare, insurance, or similar domainsProven track record of managing large, multi-million-dollar programsStrong experience in AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiativesGood understanding of enterprise workflows across operations (front, mid, and back office)Experience working with systems like EHR/PM platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) is a plusFamiliarity with integration standards like X12, HL7, or FHIR is preferredStrong stakeholder management and client-facing leadership skillsExcellent communication with a strong focus on execution and outcomesWhy This Role?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI transformation programsDrive real business impact at enterprise scaleCollaborate with AI experts, product teams, and industry leadersBe part of building next-gen AI delivery models
