This role requires hands-on development, ownership of key features, and collaboration across design and backend teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & OwnershipBuild and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React.js and Next.jsTake end-to-end ownership of features/modules from development to deploymentConvert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfacesEnsure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsivenessCollaborationWork closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams for seamless executionIntegrate front-end components with backend APIs and services (REST/GraphQL)Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-upsCode Quality & PerformanceWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practicesConduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standardsOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability (including SSR/SSG in Next.js)Mentorship & ContributionSupport and guide junior developers on best practices and problem-solvingContribute to improving front-end architecture, workflows, and coding standardsContinuous ImprovementStay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trendsSuggest improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and developer efficiencyQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field3–5 years of experience in front-end developmentStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.jsHands-on experience in UI Development, including building responsive and interactive interfacesExperience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityStrong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integrationSolid debugging and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferredExperience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)Experience with CMS platforms such as Strapi or WordPressUnderstanding of performance optimization techniquesBasic knowledge of cloud/serverless environments (AWS, etc.)
