The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and planning engineering projects, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the success of projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project goals will also be a key responsibility.QualificationsExperience with Electrical/Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications with 1-2 Years ExperienceBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical or a related fieldManage complete project site operations, ensuring smooth installation and commissioning of SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and Automation systems.Supervise and coordinate 10–20 technicians/workers at the project site, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of work.Interpret and work with CAD drawings, technical layouts, and engineering documentation for project execution.Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers for fabrication, installation, and other project requirements.Ensure site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and quality standards.Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Apply strong negotiation skills while dealing with vendors, subcontractors, and procurement activities.Conduct risk identification and risk management to prevent project delays, safety issues, or cost overruns.Monitor project progress, quality standards, and cost control throughout the execution phase.Prepare project reports, site documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.Key Skills RequiredSite ManagementCAD Drawing ReadingTeam Leadership (10–20 manpower handling)Vendor & Subcontractor ManagementNegotiation & Communication SkillsRisk ManagementProject Planning & CoordinationBudget:The maximum budget for this position 30,000 to 35,000/- per monthContact Person:Nilesh D (+91 8517988949)
