The Career Counselor will guide students in identifying suitable career paths, assist in career planning, and provide support in career management. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, evaluating students' skills and aspirations, and developing tailored strategies for career success. The role may also involve collaborating with faculty and organizing career workshops and seminars.QualificationsMaster's in Psychology / Education / Guidance & Counselling (preferred certification in career counselling) or related field.Experience: Minimum 3+ years in school counselling or career guidanceKey responsibilitiesConduct individual and group career counselling sessions for studentsGuide students in career exploration, career planning, and long term academic decision makingSupport students with stream selection, course selection, and career mapping based on interests, aptitude, and goalsProvide university guidance for India and international destinations, including shortlisting institutions and coursesHelp students and parents understand admission requirements, application processes, timelines, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunitiesAdminister and interpret psychometric and aptitude assessments to support career decision makingUse tools such as MBTI, Big Five Personality Test, and other aptitude or interest inventories where relevantDevelop personalised guidance plans for students based on academic profile, interests, strengths, and career aspirationsOrganise career awareness sessions, workshops, orientation programmes, and seminars for students and parentsCollaborate with faculty and school leadership to support students’ overall academic and career readinessStay updated on trends in higher education, emerging careers, and the job market landscapeQualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counselling, or a related fieldCertification in career counselling will be preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in school counselling or career guidancePrior experience in an educational institution will be preferredCore competencies Strong knowledge of career counselling, career development, and career managementExpertise in career mapping, stream selection, and university guidance for India and abroadProficiency in psychometric assessments and aptitude testing tools, including MBTI and Big FiveStrong understanding of universities, courses, admission criteria, and application processes across major study destinationsAwareness of entrance examinations, admission cycles, and scholarship opportunitiesAbility to shortlist universities based on student profile, interests, and future goalsExcellent communication skills for student and parent counselling sessionsEmpathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal skillsGood understanding of the education sector and evolving job marketStudent centric and approachable personalityStrong organisational and planning skillsAbility to build trust with students, parents, and facultyPassion for guiding young learners toward meaningful academic and career pathwaysApplication processIf you're interested, please fill out the form using the link below by 23rd April 2026:
