With minimal supervision, this role collaborates with cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.This role contributes across the full software development lifecycle—engineering new features, improving existing systems, ensuring high code quality, and resolving complex technical issues—while promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the engineering team.Key AccountabilitiesSoftware DevelopmentDesign and develop high‑quality, scalable software solutions using clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Enhance existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and functionality. Automation & DevOpsApply internal deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools to automate build and deployment processes.Ensure reliable, secure, and repeatable software releases through CI/CD practices.Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather complex requirements.Translate business needs into effective technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Testing & DebuggingDesign and maintain robust unit and integration tests.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure performance, stability, and quality. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve software development, testing, and deployment processes.Implement approved standards, tools, and practices to increase efficiency and reliability. DocumentationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, APIs, deployment processes, and configurations.Technical SupportProvide advanced technical support for deployed applications.Resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime and business impact.Code Quality & Knowledge SharingParticipate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and best practices.Share knowledge and contribute to team capability building.
