Job PurposeResponsible for end-to-end technical procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment and packages for EPC, marine, offshore, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, cost, quality, and delivery requirements.Key Responsibilities• Technical procurement of electrical & mechanical equipment and packages• Preparation of RFQs and evaluation of vendor technical offers• Coordination with Engineering, QA/QC and Project Teams• Conduct Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE)• Review vendor drawings, datasheets and certifications• Support FAT, inspections and expediting activities• Ensure compliance with IEC, API, ASME, NFPA, IMO and Class rulesQualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant technical procurement experience• Experience in EPC / Marine / Offshore / Industrial projectsSkills & Competencies• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment• Vendor coordination and negotiation skills• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems
