Position: Manager – Performance MarketingWhat you will do:Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across key paidchannels such as Google Ads and Meta AdsPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, display, video,and app campaigns (UAC/PMax)Drive continuous experimentation to improve core performancemetrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion ratesAnalyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,Firebase, Appsflyer, and SingularMonitor and optimize marketing spends to maximize ROI and scalecampaigns efficientlyIdentify trends, insights, and growth opportunities across existing andnew paid channelsWork closely on app performance and user acquisition funnels,improving conversion across key touchpointsCollaborate with creative teams to test and scale UGC (UserGenerated Content) creatives for better performanceConduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark and improvecampaign effectivenessPresent performance insights and actionable recommendations tostakeholders in a clear, structured mannerWhat you will need:3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-onexpertise in Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong experience in managing app marketing campaigns andanalytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, Singular, and GoogleAnalyticsProven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaignsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drivedecisionsProficiency in Excel for data analysis and reportingExperience in campaign tracking, attribution, and performancemeasurementAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectivelyto stakeholdersBonus:Experience working with UGC creatives strategy and testingBasic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScriptPrior experience in high-growth or app-first businesses
