Location - Pune/ Ahmedabad/BengaluruThe Role at a GlanceAs an Associate Project Manager, you will work under the direction of the Project Manager to drive the success of complex structural projects.Project Leadership: Assisting with detailed project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation from inception to completion.Technical Excellence: Providing guidance to designers and engineers while ensuring all deliverables meet robust QA/QC standards and building codes.-Client Relations: Acting as a primary point of contact for architects, developers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met with a /"can-do/" attitude.-Innovation: Utilizing advanced engineering tools and staying updated on the latest industry advancements to optimize project outcomes.Key Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (PhD holders are also encouraged to apply).Experience: Minimum of 8 years of core experience in structural design engineering.-Technical Skills: Preference will be given to those with experience in Structural Steel, RCC, and PT design.-Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams of engineers and modelers effectively.
