At Mimi Beds, we strive to nurture a sense of wonder and exploration in every child.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Shopify Developer with strong e-commerce experience who can own and evolve our digital storefront while supporting growth across multiple sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. This role goes beyond development—you’ll play a key role in conversion optimization, performance, and revenue growth. You will work collaboratively with the design and marketing teams to implement innovative solutions and support business growth. This is a full-time, remote role with an opportunity to contribute significantly to our digital presence and customer satisfaction.Shopify Development & OptimizationCustomize and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptImprove site performance (Core Web Vitals, load speed, mobile UX)Build and maintain custom features (bundling logic, checkout flows, upsells, etc.)Manage integrations with apps, APIs, and third-party tools Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & PerformanceOptimize site speed and performance (Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness)Improve product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to increase conversion rateImplement and support A/B testing and user behavior analysis (e.g., Hotjar, GA)Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and optimize funnelsMarketplace & Omnichannel SupportSupport and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplacesEnsure consistency of product data, pricing, and content across channelsManage and troubleshoot product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs, etc.)Assist in integrating systems between Shopify and external platforms (marketplaces, 3PLs, etc.)Operations & TroubleshootingIntegrate and manage third-party apps, APIs, and servicesReduce reliance on unnecessary apps by building custom solutions where appropriateTroubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and checkout-related problemsEnsure site stability, uptime, and a seamless customer experienceCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams
