Job Summary:USA Tax Gurus is a remote U.S. CPA firm offering a full range of services including individual & business taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, company formation, CFO services and US expat taxes. We are looking for a specialized Meta Ads + Funnel expert who has already run successful ad campaigns for CPA firms, tax practices or accounting businesses. This is not a general digital marketing / ecommerce role, we are a professional services firm and lead quality matters more than volume.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation for tax, bookkeeping, payroll, company formation, CFO and expat tax services.Create ad creatives and video ad creatives (static images, short videos, reels and carousels) that effectively communicate tax topics.Build and optimize high-converting funnels (lead forms, landing pages, email sequences) that turn cold traffic into booked discovery calls.Create and Test multiple ad concepts and creative variations to improve performance.Analyze campaign performance daily, optimize for cost per qualified lead and deliver clear ROI reports.Work closely with the founder to align messaging with our brand voice.Compensation Structure:1-Month Testing Period: INR 75,000 (fixed)You will run a live paid campaign with a defined budget and clear KPIs.Performance-Based Conversion:If results are strong (lead quality and conversion rate meet targets), the role will convert into a full-time position with a competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable):Proven experience running Meta ads for accounting firms, tax practices or similar regulated financial services (please share case studies or results).Strong understanding of high-ticket funnels and lead generation.Hands-on expertise with Advantage+ campaigns, creative testing, audience strategy and funnel optimization.Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) is a big plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.Location: Remote (India)At USA Tax Gurus, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
