This role will act as the primary system engineer, ensuring system stability, performance, and user support.Key ResponsibilitiesStart/stop and administer Windchill production & test environmentsManage Windchill, Creo, and NX license serversMonitor system health, logs, and alerts proactivelyManage workflow queues, publishing queues, and CAD worker configurationsPerform system tuning as per PTC best practicesApply patches, clean cache/unreferenced files, and maintain system performanceRun WinDU, monitor DB health, support DB restore, and analyze performanceManage users, roles, access control, and system configurations (OIR, attributes, indexing)Troubleshoot queue failures, CAD integrations, and access issuesProvide user support and mentoring to IT/engineering teamsGovernanceConduct bi-weekly stakeholder meetings for status and issue trackingMaintain ticket tracking system for incidents and requestsRequirementsExperience in Windchill administrationKnowledge of Creo/NX integrationUnderstanding of PLM workflows, system monitoring, and DB conceptsStrong troubleshooting and communication skills
