Role Overview The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering highly personalized mentoring and one-on-one counselling to help students make confident academic and career decisions. This role plays a crucial part in supporting enrolment goals by providing structured guidance and building strong mentor–student relationships throughout the admission journey.Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences.Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations.Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission process.Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and career pathways based on each student’s profile and objectives.Build strong mentor–student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.Track student progress and counselling outcomes to enhance guidance quality and improve enrolment conversions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support throughout their journey.
