Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end campus operations across infrastructure, procurement, vendor management, compliance, and events. The role requires strong on-ground execution, stakeholder coordination, and a problem solving mindset to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of school campuses. Key Responsibilities 1. Infrastructure & Facility Maintenance Oversee maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and deep cleaning. Manage servicing of critical equipment such as RO systems, lifts, DG sets, ACs, and IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, servers, printers). Ensure timely resolution of maintenance tickets and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules. 2. Books, Uniforms & ID Cards Manage inventory, distribution, and logistics of books, uniforms, and ID cards. Address and resolve parent escalations efficiently. Ensure zero stockouts and smooth academic readiness at the start of each term. 3. Campus Supplies & Procurement Handle procurement of stationery, lab equipment, sports gear, furniture, and housekeeping consumables. Ensure cost-effective purchasing through vendor negotiations and adherence to procurement processes. Maintain accurate P2P (Procure-to-Pay) records and documentation. 4. Safety & Statutory Compliance Ensure all campuses are compliant with regulatory requirements including Fire NOCs, Health & Sanitation Certificates, PCB clearances, CCTV access, and RTO norms. Track validity and renewal of all statutory certifications to ensure zero compliance lapses. 5. Outsourced Staff & Services Management Manage vendors for security, transport, housekeeping, and food services. Monitor SLA adherence, manpower deployment, and service quality. Ensure optimal staffing levels and smooth daily operations across campuses. 6. Event Management & Special Setups Plan and execute campus events such as PTMs, Annual Days, sports events, and inaugurations. Coordinate vendor sourcing (tents, catering, equipment) and ensure timely setup. Manage budgets and ensure high-quality event execution aligned with stakeholder expectations. Key Skills & Competencies Strong operational and execution skills Vendor and stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making ability Data tracking and reporting mindset (Excel/Zoho or similar tools) Attention to detail and process discipline Ability to multitask and manage multiple campuses/events Preferred Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Operations or Facilities Management is preferred 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or campus management Prior experience in educational institutions or managing multi-site operations will be an added advantage Proficiency in IT tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel Strong email management and professional communication skills Multilingual proficiency is essential What We’re Looking For A hands-on executor who takes ownership Someone comfortable working on-ground and managing multiple stakeholders A quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
