We are looking for a high-impact B2B Sales / Business Development leader from the staffing industry to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth for our engineering staffing business. This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role, ideal for someone with strong industry relationships who wants to build high-value accounts and eventually lead a small sales team. Role & Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Acquire and grow enterprise and mid-to-large tech/product clients Leverage existing relationships to open doors with top organizations Own the entire sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and closure Strategic Sales & Market Positioning Conduct pricing and competitor analysis to drive profitable deals Create innovative strategies for bulk hiring / faster placements Use niche skills (AI/ML, Golang, Rust, etc.) as strategic entry points Account Management & Growth Own and grow key accounts with strong stakeholder relationships Drive long-term engagement and revenue expansion Target high-value outcomes (multiple engineers placed per account annually) MSP / VMS Route (Secondary) Focus on direct enterprise contracts Leverage MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Pontoon, Magnit) where required Team Building & Leadership Build and lead a small sales/BD team as the business scales Define simple, effective sales processes and GTM strategies Collaborate closely with the founder on growth strategy ✅ Ideal Candidate 6+ years of B2B Sales experience, with 3+ years in IT Staffing / Recruitment sales Proven track record of closing large enterprise clients Strong experience in end-to-end sales ownership Expertise in pricing, competitor analysis, and sales strategy Existing relationships with HR / TA Heads / Business Leaders in tech/product companies Background in staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions firms Strong focus on metrics-driven impact (revenue, closures, placements) ⭐ Good to Have Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Pontoon, Magnit, etc.) Exposure to global markets Why Join?
