We run high-performance Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and we're building an AI-first team where smart tools replace headcount, not thinking. We don't do generic. We don't do slow. We build content and ads that actually get leads. The Role We're hiring one sharp, AI-native creative strategist who can own our content ideation and ad creative strategy end-to-end, for both organic social (Reels, TikTok-style content) and paid Meta Ads. You will research trends, write scripts, identify winning hooks, develop video concepts across multiple formats (UGC, talking head, testimonial, hook-body-CTA), and manage our graphic designers and video editors to bring it all to life.
