The organization is committed to innovation and excellence in the IT industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Service Desk professional located at DLF IT Park, Near Porur, Chennai. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing help desk operations, and assisting clients with IT-related challenges. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support for end usersTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issuesManage incidents and service requests through ITSM toolsHandle inbound and outbound customer support callsPerform user account management and access-related tasksCollaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalationEnsure adherence to ITIL processes and SLA timelinesRequired SkillsStrong technical support and troubleshooting skillsStrong knowledge of Windows and macOS environmentsStrong experience in Active Directory (AD)Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (M365 / O365)Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Experience handling inbound and outbound technical support callsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsQualificationsAny Degree1–7 years of experience in Technical Service Desk / IT SupportExperience supporting US customers is preferredAdditional / Preferred SkillsITIL CertificationBasic System Administration experienceExperience in MSP or global support environmentWork DetailsLocation: DLF IT Park, Near Porur, ChennaiWork Mode: On-siteWork Schedule: 5 days a weekShift: 24/7 rotational shiftsApplication RequirementImmediate joiners preferred
