Job Purpose: An E-commerce Executive drives online sales growth, manages content across all platforms, and optimizes user experience to increase traffic and conversions. As an E-Commerce Executive you would be required to maintain product listings, analyze sales performance metrics, and implement digital marketing strategies.Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for accuracy, consistency, and appealUse tools like Google Analytics to track metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI, creating reports to inform strategyMonitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retentionImprove search visibility through SEO and SEM techniques and handle technical troubleshooting of the e-commerce platformCollaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to oversee order fulfilment and ensure timely deliveryEnsure that stocks are replenished on timely basis as per order requirementAnalyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leadsEducation & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in mass media/ management studies or any related field.2 - 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targetsExperience with platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Tata Luxury, NykaaStrong skills in data analysis and trend identificationExcellent verbal and written communication skills for content creation and team collaborationExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Good Knowledge about Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table)
