We are rapidly scaling presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart — we're building India's most trusted home essentials brand. /"Why should great products cost a fortune?/" The Role: We need a marketplace-native performance marketer who lives and breathes Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Quick Commerce ad platforms. You'll own the entire paid strategy across our marketplace and QC channels — driving visibility, rank, and profitable revenue growth across 50+ SKUs and 10+ sub-brands. Key Responsibilities:Amazon AdvertisingOwn the full Amazon Ads  stack — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and DSP Build and optimize campaigns at scale across 50+ ASINs spanning multiple categories (cookware, drinkware, kitchen appliances, cast iron) Drive BSR improvement  through strategic keyword targeting, bid optimization, and dayparting Manage Share of Voice  on category and branded keywords Run product launch campaigns  — aggressive visibility plays to drive initial velocity and reviews Optimize ACoS / TACoS  targets by product line while balancing growth vs. profitability Leverage Amazon Attribution  and Brand Analytics  for insights on search terms, market basket, and repeat purchase behavior Flipkart AdvertisingManage Flipkart Product Listing Ads (PLA) , Product Context Ads (PCA), and Brand Ads Own bidding strategy and budget allocation across categories Drive visibility during Big Billion Days, Republic Day Sale , and other Flipkart sale events Track category rank, search impression share, and ad-attributed revenue Coordinate with the Flipkart account manager on promotional slots and banner placements Quick Commerce — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy InstamartPlan and execute visibility campaigns  on Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, and Swiggy Instamart ad platforms Manage keyword bidding, banner placements, category page sponsorships , and promotional slots Optimize for search rank  and category page positioning  on each platform Work with QC account managers to negotiate prime placement slots , co-funded promotions, and exclusive launches Track platform-specific metrics — impressions, click-throughs, conversion rate, cost per order Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain a unified dashboard  tracking performance across all 5 platforms (Amazon, FK, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) Key metrics: ACoS, TACoS, BSR, Share of Voice, Ad-attributed revenue, Cost per order, ROAS by platform Track organic rank lift  driven by paid campaigns — measure the halo effect Monthly competitive analysis  — monitor competitor ad spend patterns, new launches, and pricing moves Must-Have3–6 years  of hands-on marketplace advertising experience — this is non-negotiable Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising  (SP, SB, SBV, SD) — you should be able to audit an account in your sleep Working experience with Flipkart Ads  (PLA, PCA, Brand Ads) Hands-on experience with at least 2 of 3 Quick Commerce  ad platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart Strong understanding of ACoS, TACoS, BSR mechanics, keyword ranking, and search algorithms  on marketplaces Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹10L+  across platforms Ability to manage 50+ SKUs  across multiple categories simultaneously Sharp analytical skills — Excel/Sheets power user, comfortable building and reading dashboards Experience with sale event planning  — BBD, Great Indian Festival, Prime Day Good-to-HaveExperience in home, kitchen, appliances, or FMCG  categories Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, Sellerboard , or similar Amazon analytics tools Experience with Flipkart Ads Manager  or Blinkit Brand Central  dashboards Understanding of catalog optimization  — listing SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store design Basic SQL or experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Google Data Studio) Experience managing a marketplace advertising agency  or in-house team
