Role Overview This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who have prior experience working with colleges, placement cells, or the education/training industry . We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven individual to manage campus outreach and engagement activities across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The role involves building strong college relationships, conducting presentations, and driving student engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with placement officers, TPOs, and college SPOCs Plan and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, and presentations Drive partnerships with colleges for training and placement initiatives Travel to colleges for meetings, workshops, and on-ground activities Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement with partner institutions Maintain structured data of outreach, visits, and outcomes Represent Vocskill Academy professionally in all interactions Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in the education industry , especially in: Campus outreach Training / placement roles College coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in public speaking and presentations Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Internet reimbursement Paid time off Performance-based yearly bonus Work Details Full-time | Permanent role Day shift (Fixed schedule) Base location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai How to Apply Call/WhatsApp: Email:
