Senior Frontend Developer Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for a highly capable Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on development, ownership of key features, and collaboration across design and backend teams. Key Responsibilities Development & Ownership Build and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React.js and Next.js Take end-to-end ownership of features/modules from development to deployment Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Collaboration Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams for seamless execution Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services (REST/GraphQL) Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-ups Code Quality & Performance Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability (including SSR/SSG in Next.js) Mentorship & Contribution Support and guide junior developers on best practices and problem-solving Contribute to improving front-end architecture, workflows, and coding standards Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends Suggest improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and developer efficiency Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3–5 years of experience in front-end development Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js Hands-on experience in UI Development, including building responsive and interactive interfaces Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration Solid debugging and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.) Experience with CMS platforms such as Strapi or WordPress Understanding of performance optimization techniques Basic knowledge of cloud/serverless environments (AWS, etc.)
