Week 3–6 (Certification): 10 shadow calls with certified Experts. Mock advisory sessions. Objection handling roleplay. Internal market assessment. Supervised client calls. Month 2 onward (Full-time): Full salary ₹3.6–4.5L kicks in from first client delivery. Performance incentive from first closure.
