Job Title: Studio Head – Content & Production Location: Mumbai | 5 Days Working Role Overview We are hiring a Studio Head to scale a content and production studio into a high-impact, profitable business. This role blends creative leadership (50%) and revenue ownership (50%) , requiring someone who can build compelling content while driving growth. You will work closely with leadership to shape the studio’s vision, build IPs, and monetize content. A dedicated BD team will support pipeline creation, while you will drive closures, partnerships, and overall P&L. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Growth Own revenue across branded content, ad films, retainers, and IP monetization Lead pitches and close high-value deals with support from BD team Build long-term brand partnerships and new revenue streams (IPs, series, franchises) Drive pricing, deal structuring, and P&L ownership Creative & Production Define and lead the studio’s creative vision Oversee end-to-end content production (ideation to execution) Collaborate with brands and creators to build high-quality, scalable formats IP & Strategy Develop original IPs and franchisable content formats Drive platform-first content across Instagram, YouTube, and OTT Monetize content via integrations, sponsorships, and distribution Team & Studio Building Build and lead cross-functional teams (creative, production, strategy) Create scalable processes and a strong production ecosystem Drive a culture of creativity, speed, and accountability Ideal Profile 10+ years in content studios / production houses / creative agencies Strong revenue ownership and large-scale production experience Experience working with both brands and creators Deep understanding of digital and influencer ecosystem Proven ability to sell and execute ideas end-to-end Experience in P&L management and team leadership Strong industry network Share your profile on:
