Job Title: Business & Innovation Associate (LinkedIn, Strategy & Executive Support) Location: Faridabad Package :- Upto 5lpa Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and forward-thinking young professional to support senior leadership in driving business development, communication, and innovation initiatives across international markets. This role is ideal for someone who is sharp, structured, creative, and eager to grow in a global business environment , with strong exposure to digital platforms, especially LinkedIn, and executive-level communication. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive & Business Support Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear structure, action points, and follow-ups Support in preparing business reports, summaries, and internal updates Assist in market research and business case development 2. LinkedIn & Communication Management Manage and enhance LinkedIn presence (posts, engagement, content planning) Draft high-quality posts aligned with corporate messaging and branding Monitor trends and propose innovative communication approaches 3. Presentation & Content Development Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations (executive-level standard) Translate complex topics into clear, structured, and impactful slides Support creation of sales and strategy materials 4. Innovation & Strategic Thinking Proactively suggest new ideas, tools, and approaches to improve efficiency Support innovation initiatives in IoT / Smart Solutions / Digital transformation Bring a curious and solution-oriented mindset Candidate Profile Must-Have 1–4 years experience (or strong internship background) in: Business support / consulting / strategy / marketing Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) Strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills High attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Preferred Experience managing LinkedIn or digital content Exposure to IoT, technology, or smart solutions Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently Key Competencies Structured thinking and clarity High ownership and reliability Creativity with a professional mindset Fast learner with strong curiosity Ability to interact with senior stakeholders What We Offer Direct exposure to international business development Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership Strong learning curve in strategy, communication, and innovation Dynamic and international work environment
