Job Title: Senior Partnership Manager – Global Community & Events Location: India (Remote) EC-Council is the world’s largest cyber security technical certification body. Role Overview EC-Council is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to build, scale, and operationalize the Global CISO Council ecosystem through structured chapters and high-impact events. This role is a blend of community leadership, event-driven revenue ownership, and global ecosystem expansion. The incumbent will be responsible for launching and managing global chapters and driving event-led growth, while ensuring strong partner engagement, sponsorship generation, and operational excellence. This is a builder + operator role, requiring strong ownership across partnerships, events and community governance. Key Responsibilities Global Chapters Development (30%) Define, launch, and scale Global CISO Council chapters across key geographies Build and manage a network of chapter leaders, partners, and volunteers Establish standardized frameworks, governance models, and operating playbooks for chapters Drive consistent engagement, knowledge-sharing, and local ecosystem development Monitor chapter performance through defined KPIs (growth, engagement, activation) Global Events & Engagement (70%) Plan and execute flagship events, roundtables, summits, and community meetups globally Own end-to-end event lifecycle: concept → partnerships → execution → post-event ROI Collaborate with event management agencies for seamless delivery Build a strong pipeline of industry sponsors and partners Ensure events are aligned with brand positioning, community growth, and revenue goals Sponsorships & Revenue Ownership Drive sponsorship acquisition for events and community initiatives Build and manage commercial models and P&L for events Identify monetization opportunities across chapters, partnerships, and events Partnership & Ecosystem Management (NPO-style) Act as a Partner Manager for the ecosystem, like an NPO/community model Build relationships with enterprises, cybersecurity leaders, associations, and institutions Drive collaborations, co-branded initiatives, and strategic alliances Manage partner lifecycle: onboarding → engagement → retention → growth Operations & Partner Support Set up and manage operational processes for partner and chapter support Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, partners, and external vendors Maintain dashboards, reporting structures, and execution timelines Act as a central SPOC for ecosystem operations Required Experience 8–14 years of experience in: Experience in launching or scaling chapters, communities, or networks (global preferred) Strong exposure to sponsorships, event P&L, and partner-driven revenue models Experience working in NPOs, associations, or community-led organizations is a plus (not mandatory) Proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders Key Skills Partnership & stakeholder management Global community & chapter building Event strategy & execution Sponsorship sales & commercial acumen Operational excellence & program management Strong communication & influencing skills About Our Culture : EC-Council is driven by a mission to strengthen global cybersecurity capability and advance the profession of ethical hacking and information security.
