The specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing technology tools, tracking analytics and campaign performance, and ensuring seamless data integration across platforms. Key tasks include setting up and managing tracking tools, marketing automation, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Qualifications Fluent in both written & spoken English Experience and interest in vibe-coding Experience in digital marketing technologies and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms Proficiency in data analysis, campaign tracking, reporting, and familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other relevant coding languages for tracking implementation is a huge plus Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA regarding data collection and usage Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote and flexible environment Prior experience in the MarTech industry is a strong advantage What you’ll work on I. Tracking & Measurement Implement and debug GTM setups (web) Configure GA4 events, parameters, and conversions Handle cross-domain and funnel tracking Diagnose discrepancies across GA4, Google Ads, CRM II. Integrations Connect tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems Pass identifiers like Client ID, UTMs, GCLID Ensure data flows reflect real business journeys III. Automation Build workflows using Zapier, Make, APIs Reduce manual reporting and repetitive tasks IV.
