Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Education Coach to lead and support our girls’ physical education and sports program. The role involves creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver structured PE lessons aligned with Cambridge expectations and school philosophy Train and mentor students in a variety of sports and physical activities Promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits among students Organize and coordinate inter-house events, sports days, and tournaments Ensure student safety and well-being during all physical activities Maintain records of student progress and participation Collaborate with faculty to integrate physical education into the broader learning experience Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed ) – mandatory Prior experience working in a school setting Strong understanding of age-appropriate physical training and student engagement Ability to work effectively within a collaborative school environment Preferred: Experience working with girls’ teams or in a girls-focused program Exposure to international curricula (Cambridge or similar) Skills in coaching specific sports or fitness disciplines Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and student-centered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire confidence and participation among students
