We are building a team of individuals who understand modern retail, personal styling, and performance-driven sales. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Drive store revenue, sales targets & overall business performance Lead and manage a team of fashion consultants. Ensure exceptional customer experience & personalized styling Monitor key retail metrics: KPI, ATV, UPT, Conversion Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards aligned with brand image Oversee inventory, stock planning & shrinkage control Build a high-performance sales culture within the store Ideal Candidate: 5–10 years' experience in premium apparel / fashion retail Background from brands like Raymond, The Bombay Shirt Company, Salt Attire, Blackberrys, Park Avenue, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Brooks Brothers, Zara, H&M, Massimo Dutti, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Superdry, Levi’s, United Colours of Benetton, Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, Jack & Jones, etc. Strong understanding of retail KPIs & team management Passion for menswear, grooming & styling Leadership mindset with result-driven approach Compensation & Benefits Attractive fixed salary + performance incentives Fast-track growth in a scaling premium brand Opportunity to work in a high-performance retail environment Continuous learning in advanced retail selling & styling Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
