Experience : 5 - 8 Years Location : Bangalore Key Objectives of this Role : ·Mechanical design and development of cockpit electronics products for the automotive industry. ·Developing and/or updating CAD models and drawings of the parts, sub-assembly and end item ·Design to meet DFM and DFA requirements ·Tolerance Analysis ·Communication and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Qualification, Experience and Skills: ·Bachelor's degree in the field of mechanical engineering or related ·Experience in electro-mechanical product design ·3D models design – GSD (Generative surface design – Class A,) parts and assemblies (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must ) ·2D drawings preparation (CAD Tool – CATIA V5 must ) ·Experience in Tolerance stack-up & GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing) ·Experience in Plastic, Sheet metal, die casting component design. ·Experience in DFM and DFA requirements.
