Position: Design Studio Manager (Executive Assistant) Function: Design Studio Experience: 3 – 7+ Years Job Summary: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, reports, presentations) Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidential records and sensitive information Support project management and follow up on key action items Organize events, board meetings, and company functions Handle expense reports and basic budgeting tasks Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities High level of integrity and confidentiality Key Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Professional discretion Adaptability and flexibility Ability to work independently Stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience supporting C-level executives Project management certification Experience with CRM or ERP systems Event planning experience What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
