Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin Officer role at our Bengaluru Aerospace Machine Shop. The Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing internal communications, coordinating with stakeholders (private & government), and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining organizational standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Admin Officer job responsibilities  expected in this role:  Manage overall office administration  including cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies.  Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel bookings for staff and executives.  Handle front desk duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.  Maintain and update office records, employee documents, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.  Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks like documentation, scheduling interviews, and expense reports.  Perform data entry , create reports, and manage internal databases or Excel sheets.  Monitor inventory and place orders for office supplies, equipment, and pantry essentials.  Organize internal meetings, events, training sessions, and vendor visits.  Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and legal compliance.  Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management when required.  Qualifications Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with aerospace industry operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Proficiency in relevant tools such as MS Office Suite
