Location: Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 0–1 year Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Motion Graphic Designer who is eager to build strong foundations in animation and video design within a fast-paced agency environment. In this role, you will support the motion team in creating engaging video content, social media animations, and campaign assets while learning how to translate static ideas into compelling motion narratives. You will work closely with senior motion designers, graphic designers, and content teams to deliver visually dynamic and brand-consistent outputs across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, and brand content. Support video production tasks including basic editing, compositing, and rendering. Animate static designs into engaging motion assets while maintaining brand consistency. Adapt existing video creatives into multiple formats, durations, and platform-specific versions. Organize and maintain project files for smooth collaboration with internal teams. Work with designers and copywriters to execute creative concepts effectively. Stay updated with motion trends, animation styles, and emerging tools. Requirements: 0–1 year of experience or strong internship experience in motion graphics or video editing. Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset handling. Understanding of basic animation principles (timing, easing, transitions). Ability to translate briefs into clean and visually engaging motion outputs. A showreel or portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship projects. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment.
