We are hiring a Senior Ticketing Executive / Ticketing Head with strong hands-on experience in international air ticketing. This role requires deep expertise in Amadeus, excellent handling of reissues, refunds, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. ⚠️ This is not an airline BPO or call-center role. Key Responsibilities Handle international air ticketing end-to-end on Amadeus Manage reissues, cancellations, refunds, and urgent fare changes Work with consolidators, NDC platforms, and portal-based issuance Queue PNRs and coordinate multiple files efficiently Manage group bookings and special fare cases Handle high volumes while maintaining accuracy Take complete ownership of ticketing operations Guide junior team members when required Mandatory Requirements ✔ 2–7+ years of travel agency ticketing experience ✔ Very strong Amadeus knowledge ✔ International ticketing experience (mandatory) ✔ Comfortable with reissues, refunds & pressure situations ✔ Experience with consolidators / NDC portals ✔Strong Ownership mindset & accountability Good to Have Group booking coordination experience Experience mentoring or guiding juniors Profiles We Will NOT Consider ❌ Airline BPO / call-center backgrounds ❌ Less than 2 years of agency ticketing experience ❌ Only domestic ticketing profiles ❌ Frequent job changes ❌ Discomfort with reissues, refunds or pressure
