Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Student Counsellor based in Kochi. The student counsellor will provide guidance and support to students in selecting suitable academic programs and universities abroad. Responsibilities include conducting personalized counseling sessions, offering career guidance, addressing students’ queries, assisting with admission processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for students from application submission to enrollment. QualificationsMust be fluent in English and MalayalamStrong skills in Student Counseling , Career Counseling and SALES SKILLS 1-3 Years Experience in the Overseas education industryExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive student experienceFamiliarity with the Education sector and knowledge of study abroad application processesProactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic teamStrong organizational and time-management abilities
